Low RPM/Don't count all session
Hi,
I don't understand what is going on with a website of mine. I got approved on February 4, 2025 and set up everything right away.
My website is getting 200 unique visitor per day in average.
Here are the stats since the 4th of february.

As you can see something is wrong.
It says 59 impressions for last 30 days when it should have way way more.
How can I have more session than impression ?
RPM is also very low, $0.01
I checked my wesbite and everything seems to be fine. I can see ads being displayed on my website :

Can you explained me please what is going on.
$0.01 in 4 days idoesn't look normal at all.
Thank you

Hey Powlow29 - From a technical perspective, everything looks fine. Our Support Engineers weren't seeing any duplicate scripts or anything optimizing them. I believe the issue here has to do with how advertisers are spending on your site. (I'd give this CPM help article a read-over.)
Brand Safety: Advertisers are looking to spend on brand-safe content. Advertisers use complex algorithms that comb pages for certain keywords, images, and topics, and if those things are present, they just won't spend. Posts that are not brand-safe have low CPMs and RPMs because advertisers are sensitive to those keywords and will usually refuse to place ads there. These keywords are wide-ranging and include topics such as sex, weapons, violence, and anything else that may not be considered family-friendly. I'd recommend looking over your page-level CPM to see which posts advertisers are spending on and which ones they're shying away from.
Where is your traffic coming from? Mainly you'll want to dive into your Analytics outside of your Grow Publisher Portal to see which countries your readers are normally from. Certain countries earn better than others and have more demand from advertisers. You are paid by impressions - not sessions or pageviews - and certain audiences will see more impressions than others because there's more demand from advertisers. For example, a reader from the U.S. tends to earn more and garner more impressions than a reader from Algeria.
Time on page / Engagement: Impressions are how you are paid and they are earned based on whether a reader is coming to your page and engaging in your content. Low or no impressions can be an indicator that though readers are coming to your post, they are not staying long enough for ads to be in the reader's view. I'd look at your Google Analytics to make sure that readers are not only viewing your content but also scrolling through it as opposed to jumping on the page and jumping back off. If you're seeing a lot of traffic that isn't staying on the page, I'd check with your host to make sure this isn't malicious traffic or bot traffic.
