Payment Failed
Hi,
I recently received an email indicating that my payment has failed due to an incorrect branch code. Upon reviewing the information, I realized that I mistakenly entered the branch code as 80, which I found on Google, instead of the correct code 080 which is displayed on my bank's website. I have since updated the branch code to the correct one.
Could you please let me know when my payment will be reprocessed and how long it will take for the funds to arrive? This is my first payment, and I have been waiting for three months.

Hey Nadiyac - You may need to email into payments@journeymv.com so we can we resubmit the payment! Just be sure to include the amount expected to be paid and your site URL.
