Hey Blagojce Krivevski - I went ahead and removed that duplicate for you in your Grow Publisher Portal. I also took a look at your site, and I do not see anything optimizing or deferring it. Your ad selectors and targeting all looks good.

One thing I am noticing is that you have a lot of your traffic going right to your homepage. Typically, homepages carry low RPMs and don't monetize as well as normal posts do. Readers tend to jump off the page quickly, and advertisers don't spend competitively there.

It's usually recommended to drive your readers away from your homepage and to the posts that you spend your time creating. You can also take a look into your Google Analytics to get a better understanding of where your homepage traffic is coming from and adapt accordingly.

Driving traffic away from the homepage to land on posts can help increase your overall RPMs since homepage traffic doesn't monetize as well.

Journey is Self Supported

Our support staff is monitoring this forum everyday for bugs related to ad delivery, the display and functionality of the Journey dashboard, and any bugs related to the onboarding process. We are typically unable to assist with non-bug related issues like RPM performance expectations, issues setting up the ads.txt file, and questions already answered by our existing help docs. Read here for a more detailed breakdown of how Journey is self-supported and our recommendations for how to find answers to common issues.
