Hi Mary could you explain the payment process so I know what to expect going forward? I thought payments were made on the 5th and just received today. How long after seeing the submitted status should I expect payments through PayPal. Thanks!

Hey Abbey Verigin - This is a great question! I actually was just thinking I should make a help article about this so you've convinced me.
When a payment shows as submitted it means we have submitted the payment to Tiplati for processing. Once it switches to Processing it means Tipalti is currently working on moving things to the specified account. Paid means just that - the funds have been transferred to the account.
Processing time varies from one institution to another and even after the status has switched to Paid there may be an additional wait period before the payments are reflected in the account. (I usually say 24 hours just to be safe!)
