Hey Jason T  - I can jump in here!

We're seeing advertisers be more conservative with ad spend going into the new year as they feel out the business climate under the new administration. As we further into the new year, you should see RPMs begin to pick up.

That all said, it does look like your Journey script is being deferred. You'll want to make sure there isn't anything optimizing your Journey or your Grow script. These help articles should point you in the right direction to make sure there's nothing messing with your script.

    Thanks Mary,

I haven't changed anything with the setup since I installed Grow and I already had the correct settings for WProcket. It looks like the theme I had installed was also adding defer.

I've replaced the theme this morning, made sure all plugins are up to date and cleared the cache.

Need to work on making my home beautiful again but at least I'll be able to see if this make any difference to the RPMs

Journey is Self Supported

Our support staff is monitoring this forum everyday for bugs related to ad delivery, the display and functionality of the Journey dashboard, and any bugs related to the onboarding process. We are typically unable to assist with non-bug related issues like RPM performance expectations, issues setting up the ads.txt file, and questions already answered by our existing help docs. Read here for a more detailed breakdown of how Journey is self-supported and our recommendations for how to find answers to common issues.
