Will you serve ads on sites that are not published in English? 
Yes! Having an English-language site isn't a requirement for us.

I would just like to ask if you serve ads for websites that are made in Serbian, Croation, Bosnian language etc?

    Dejan Minčić - We do accept sites with traffic that are outside of the US and sites that are not primarily in English. There is always the potential for us to pass on a site if the majority of the traffic is coming from Serbia, Croatia, etc due to the low demand from advertisers. But keep in mind, we aren't just evaluating one piece of your traffic, but rather how all of the pieces work together holistically so you are still welcome to apply!
