I have received a few emails from statements@tax1099.com regarding consent for electronic delivery of tax forms. Before I click any links I just wanted to confirm this is legit and the best path for getting the necessary tax forms electronically.

Hey Alyssa - Yes, this is a legitimate email as we sent out 1099s recently. We use a program called Tax1099.
