Got accepted but now my account doesn't exist?
Hi,
I applied to Journey with Site 1 and got accepted but hadn't setup the onboarding yet. I tried setting up a new account for Site 2 and I think I may have changed the email and disconnected Site 1 by accident.
Now when I tried to onboard the accepted Site 1, it says I dont have an account. What do I do?

Hey Jennifer Gregory - It looks like you may have set up different Grow Publisher Portal logins for each account. I'd recommend keeping both sites under the same login and just adding your second site in the dashboard.

Everything would still be separated and you could even have two different payment profiles still but it would keep everything to one login.
What's the second site? I can go take a look at what user permissions are set up there.

I figured out that one was a regular login and the other was a Google account login. All set - thank you!
