Hi Pratik Pandav ! It looks like Grow script might be getting optimized - I'm not seeing it in the site's source code. Since this is the script that tracks your analytics, that would be why your numbers seem off.

You'll want to make sure the script isn't being optimized by following the instructions in this help article. You can also refer to this open thread on the same topic for additional information and troubleshooting advice.

I also noticed that content ad targeting wasn't correct and your articles weren't getting many ads. I had the script recrawl your site, so you should be seeing more normal ad placement now and that should help with performance.

    Thanks!

Hey Rachel, thanks for your help, do I need to anything from my end? And the things you shared, I guess the script is tracking the data, I can see it getting updated everyday, What my concern is the performance as the traffic to earning ratio is very poor.

Pratik Pandav Now that content ads are targeted correctly and more ads are serving, this could help performance since targeting wasn't optimal previously. There's nothing you need to do on your end as long as you've made sure to exclude the ad script from any optimization plugins following the instructions in the above linked article.

    Thanks!

Journey is Self Supported

Our support staff is monitoring this forum everyday for bugs related to ad delivery, the display and functionality of the Journey dashboard, and any bugs related to the onboarding process. We are typically unable to assist with non-bug related issues like RPM performance expectations, issues setting up the ads.txt file, and questions already answered by our existing help docs. Read here for a more detailed breakdown of how Journey is self-supported and our recommendations for how to find answers to common issues.
