Hi nayeemd - It’s not mandatory to specifically use Wise - for instance, you can use Payoneer, Revolut, or any U.S. bank really if you’re choosing to be paid in a country that is not the physical one you have listed. A lot of our publishers do use Wise as a Payment Processor though so you would need an account with them if you want to get paid through a U.S. bank account.

Thanks, Mary. The reason I asked previously when I was with this other ad network is that they have one of their direct payment methods with Wise, and with that, you don't need to have an account with Wise to receive payments to the bank account and I was using that as a payment option there and I don't had account with Wise.

I thought it could be the same here. I appreciate the confirmation.

Journey is Self Supported

Our support staff is monitoring this forum everyday for bugs related to ad delivery, the display and functionality of the Journey dashboard, and any bugs related to the onboarding process. We are typically unable to assist with non-bug related issues like RPM performance expectations, issues setting up the ads.txt file, and questions already answered by our existing help docs. Read here for a more detailed breakdown of how Journey is self-supported and our recommendations for how to find answers to common issues.
