    Hi Timileyin Awogbade - This would technically count as a termination but can you tell me a bit more about why you want to pause ads? Do you have another contract with your previous ad network?

    I have a previous partnership with previous ads network and I need to continue using the ads to reach minimum threshold for withdrawal. 

    Now, your ads is still displaying on my website for more than a month now even having removed the ads codes and nothing add up to my earnings balances in my grow account. 

    Kindly remove the ads completely. I will recontact you as soon as I'm done with my previous ads company.

    Timileyin Awogbade the Journey ad script is still in the source code of your site. We're unable to remove the script on our end since it's coded in your site's HTML. It looks like the following:

    <script async='async' data-cfasync='false' data-noptimize='1' src='//scripts.scriptwrapper.com/tags/YOURIDHERE.js' type='text/javascript'></script>

    I've removed your specific script ID from the above script for privacy reasons, but removing that script will remove Journey from the site. If you need assistance, your host should be able to help since they have access to the backend of your site.

Journey is Self Supported
