Only Grow ads showing on my blog

Hi there,

Just wondering why there are only Grow ads showing on my blog. I understand RPMs are low in January, but no advertisers at all? Could you please Recrawl my site and let me know what's going on? Thanks!

    Hey May Shehab - I took a look at your site and I'm not running into any Grow ads. 

    As the site owner, you'll see ads very differently than your readers. Advertisers are trying to reach your readers, not you as the site owner. Since you're on the site more than your readers are, you may not always see ads appear on your site or you'll probably run into a lot of placeholder ads/Grow ads. 

    You can always add ?test=houseads to the end of a post's URL to test placements or visit your site through an incognito window to check!

    Thank you so much Mary for checking this for me. I had asked for friends and family in different parts of the world to check whether they could see ads on my site and their feedback was that they only saw Grow ads, that's why I wanted to double check with you. I suppose it has to do with regional ad availability. Is this correct?

    May Shehab location can definitely be a huge factor, along with if you recently launched ads since advertisers are still familiarizing themselves with your site/ad inventory, detected cookies, how often you're on the site, and a host of other factors. This is normal though and nothing to be concerned with. I checked, and I'm getting normal ads when I visit the site.

    Hello Team,

    I’m currently experiencing an issue with ads on my website. At the moment, I can only see Grow-related ads, while other Journey by Mediavine ads are not appearing on my site.

    I expected to see a mix of different Journey ads across my pages, but it seems that only Grow ads are being displayed. Because of this, the ad inventory on my website appears very limited.

    I have already checked that:

    • The Journey script is properly installed on my website
    • My site is approved and active in Journey
    • There are no obvious errors on the pages where ads should appear

    Despite this, I still don’t see any other Journey ads besides Grow.

    Could you please help me understand:

    1. Why only Grow ads are showing on my website?
    2. Is there anything I need to enable or configure in my Journey dashboard?
    3. Is this part of the normal setup process, or is there an issue with my ad configuration?

    Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
