Hi Sean ! I don't see the ads.txt status as out of date in your Grow dashboard, so you shouldn't have anything to worry about here. If it's saying it's out of date in the plugin in your WordPress admin, it's possible there's a connectivity issue of some sort due to a firewall or security setting. As long as you don't see a warning at the top of your Grow dashboard that the ads.txt is out of date or missing though, you can ignore any warning in the plugin.

Also, to avoid having to manually update the ads.txt file every time there's an update in the future, you could add a redirect to your ads.txt file that's hosted on our servers, and you can read instructions on how to do that here. Your host should be able to help with this.

    Thanks!

Journey is Self Supported

Our support staff is monitoring this forum everyday for bugs related to ad delivery, the display and functionality of the Journey dashboard, and any bugs related to the onboarding process. We are typically unable to assist with non-bug related issues like RPM performance expectations, issues setting up the ads.txt file, and questions already answered by our existing help docs. Read here for a more detailed breakdown of how Journey is self-supported and our recommendations for how to find answers to common issues.
