Should I change my website URL from "www" to "non-www"?
CompletedIt seems I used the non-www version of my site (e.g., aaa.com) when applying for Journey. However, my site typically uses the www version (www.aaa.com).
After getting approved by Journey, when I clicked "Enable Ads Script," it didn’t work. But when I switched the URL to the non-www version (aaa.com), it worked.
Now my question is: Can I switch back to the www version (www.aaa.com)? Will the ads display normally if I do so?

Hi Jack ! By default, you can only add your domain without the www in the Grow dashboard. This shouldn't have an impact on ads, but ideally your site would redirect from the non-www version to the www version if that's the version you always want to load to ensure your analytics are clean as possible. Your host should be able to assist with this.
Thanks!

I'm having a similar issue. I have a 301 redirect from the non-www to the www version. The crawler can see the ad script, but not the ads.txt. Not sure what to do as i've tried all the troubleshooting tips.

Hi John Trice, there may be some firewall or filter that's blocking our access to your ads.txt file. You'll want to confirm that this file is completely open with nothing blocking access to it.
