ATTN: January Payments
We’ve been made aware that some payments this month aren’t aligning with what’s being shown in the dashboard. After investigating, we were able to pinpoint a discrepancy that inadvertently left out earnings from October 31st.
We sincerely apologize and are actively working towards a resolution to resolve this. As soon as I have an update, I will be sure to update everyone here in the Community.
Should you need to check on the status of your payment, go to the Analytics tab in your Grow Publisher Portal > View Payments > Payment History.
For those still seeing Submitted as the status - our actual payment date may vary based on holidays and weekends. Any time a holiday is near a weekend to end or begin a month, payments will be processed closer to the 5th than the 1st.
If the 5th falls on a weekend, payments will be made on the closest business day. You can read more about that here.
Processing time will vary depending on the financial institution. We appreciate your patience at this time. Should there be any additional issues with your payments, please reach out to payments@journeymv.com

I have an update for anyone who has noticed a discrepancy in their January payments.

If the amount you earned from October 31st was over the $100 (or $200 eCheck) threshold, we have issued payment for that amount and you should receive that payment within the next few days. There is no action needed from your end if this is the case.
-
If the amount you earned from October 31st was under the payment threshold, you can choose to have that amount included in your February payment. There is no action needed from your end if you choose to hold earnings until the next payment.
- Alternatively, if the amount you earned on October 31st is under the payment threshold, we can issue the earnings from 10/31 immediately and we will cover the Tipalti fees associated with the transaction, however individual banking fees would still apply. You would just need to write to payments@mediavine.com for us to process that payment. Please be sure to include your site URL!
We sincerely apologize for this discrepancy and have immediately addressed this issue so that it doesn’t happen in the future.

Just another update for everyone - If you'd like to utilize option 3 and have your October 31st payments issued independently, please be sure to let us know by Friday, January 17th.
After January 17th, any unpaid earnings from October 31st would be issued with your upcoming February payment.
