I have been Charged on payoneer payments

Hi,

I am from Bangladesh and am using a Payoneer virtual US bank account for my Journey payments. As I understand it, Payoneer falls under ACH, and as a result, there should be no Tipalti fee for this. However, I have been charged approximately 4% on my payments. Could someone please help determine if there is an issue with my setup or explain why I am being charged?

Hey MD Risalat Bari - There shouldn't be any Tipalti or conversion fee. Could you email payments@mediavine.com so we can investigate where that charge is coming from?

In your email, please send over the following:
- domain/URL
- email associated with the account
- amount expected to be paid
