Hi Luong Mai Huong Hoang ! It looks like you still need to finish the onboarding process in your Grow Publisher Portal dashboard by clicking “Finish Journey Setup”. I'm seeing the payment information still isn't filled out. Once you've finished the onboarding process completely, you should start seeing ads.

    Thanks!

Hey, my rpm dropped suddenly and it seems like the ads are not running as they should. The impression went down to less than ⅓ even when pageviews are same. Please check once. thirstytales.com

Hey Richa Kumari Kedia - When I go to your site I see ads serving as expected.

I'd recommend taking a look at your Google Analytics to see if there's any change in your traffic - geographical, source, time on page - to determine how that traffic you received was behaving.

Something seems off as the traffic and its demographic haven't changed but the rpm and impression per page have fallen to less than half.
Can you please rerun the ad script placement, just in case.

    Hey Richa Kumari Kedia

Rerunning your ad script wouldn’t affect your performance unless your ads have disappeared because of a theme change typically.

When I look at your site I see ads serve as expected so the next best thing to do is to make sure there aren't any conflicts with your Journey script (this can affect performance) and that your posts are as optimized as possible.

You’ll also want to make sure there aren’t any plugins optimizing Grow’s script. This can impact Grow’s functions and its ability to see your site. You should exclude Grow from any script optimization or minifcation. This article should help:

Ads on my site have stopped showing and I don't know why. URL is https://onandoffketo.com/ I cleared the cache on my host (Big Scoots) and now I can see them when I open an incognito window but not a regular browser. Can you doublecheck that everything is working well on your end? Thanks.

Leah Ingram We're seeing ads load normally on our end, so you should be all set! It's possible you have an ad blocker or something like that installed - you can read more about that toward the end of this help article.

I did not have an ad blocker on, I've never used one but I'm thrilled that they are showing now. I have no idea how long things had been this way.

Support I had made some changes to recipe card and theme that might be an issue. Can we please rerun the ad script once and see if that helps!

Richa Kumari Kedia I'm seeing ads on the site.

Mohamed El Bardi even though it looks like the sidebar is next to content, the HTML for the sidebar container on your site is below the content instead of next to it. We can only place a sidebar ad if the sidebar container is next to the content container. You'll want to reach out to your theme's support or look at your template settings to get the sidebar container next to the content.

Also, I'm seeing the video ad displaying on your site on my end – here's a screenshot for reference:

As the site owner you might not always be served every ad placement (including the video ad), but it doesn't mean ads aren't working correctly - it just means you've likely run out of premium ad impressions since you're on the site more frequently than a typical user. So it can be perfectly normal not to be served or see the video ad.

    Thanks!

hi Support Thank you for your support. I have a sidebar that works well on the homepage, where it is correctly placed on the left side. However, when I navigate to an article, the sidebar moves to the bottom of the page. I didn’t have this issue before, but after adding Journey ads, I started facing this problem. Do you have a solution for this?

Journey is Self Supported

Our support staff is monitoring this forum everyday for bugs related to ad delivery, the display and functionality of the Journey dashboard, and any bugs related to the onboarding process. We are typically unable to assist with non-bug related issues like RPM performance expectations, issues setting up the ads.txt file, and questions already answered by our existing help docs. Read here for a more detailed breakdown of how Journey is self-supported and our recommendations for how to find answers to common issues.
