Ads not showing after site redesign

Hi Journey,

 

Would it be possible to check my site for any issues? The journey JS is being loaded and I see the lower ad banner being shown, but no ads have been showing for 3-4 days. I also notice a drop in Journey sessions too.

 

My site is: mini-lathe.com

    Hi Jeevan Stephens! Thanks for reaching out. It looks like your site may have been updated, so we needed to have our script re-crawl the layout. You should now be seeing ads displaying in the content. Thanks!

    Hi John, thank you - checking my stats today it's still showing 0 sessions despite ads showing on my site and Google Analytics showing close to 100 sessions per day.

    Are you able to see any other issues with my site?

    Hi Jeevan Stephens ! This would likely indicate the Grow script isn't successfully connected to the site anymore, is being optimized, or is being blocked by some sort of crawler firewall or security setting since this is the script that tracks your sessions. 

    The Grow script is separate from the Journey script – you can add the Grow script following these instructions, and then the reporting numbers should hopefully return to normal. If not, you'll want to ask your host if there are any firewalls or security settings that could prevent crawlers from crawling the site, and also make sure the script isn't being optimized by following the instructions in this help article. You can also refer to this open thread on the same topic for additional information and troubleshooting advice.
