Hi Frode Remmen. In-content and sidebar ads will only display on posts, not on the homepage, categories, or pages. For further information on this, you can refer to a few threads on the topic here, like this one. If you were to add a sidebar to the posts on the site, then sidebar ads would display there as well.

It's also not uncommon for site owners to see more of the Grow placeholder ads. You can find additional information on that in this thread. Thanks!

Hi Frode Remmen! Thanks for letting us know about the sidebar addition. I had our script re-crawl the site with the change, and you should now be seeing the sticky sidebar ad displaying on posts. Thanks!!

It works fine on desktop view, but in mobile the sidebar appears in the bottom of post/article, so the ad will not appear in start of article.

Not sure how to solve that, i have the Bain Marie Theme in WordPress, and were able to put a ekstra column side by side with the content column to add sidebar, but it dont work well on mobile where most people are using nowadays…?   Thanks for any helpful tips:)

Frode Remmen The sidebar ad isn't intended for mobile devices, so this behavior is to be expected. In general on mobile, you aren't supposed to see a sidebar next to the content since it's too narrow for that type of format and abnormal compared to the format readers are used to.

    Thanks!

Hi anyone here from Journey support team.

Please have look on my website. Please tell me why there is too low impressions on my posts. Because I have written long posts related to my Niche. Most of the articles contains more than 25-30 images. But impressions are very low.

There is not any Grow Script issue. But impressions are very low.

Look at this post https://prettyscale.online/25-trending-taper-fade-mullet-hairstyle/ this post contains 25 images and there is 91 pageviews but impressions are 1.9 per pageview. Same for other pages. And some pages have 0 per pageview.

And also sidebar ad is not showing.

Hi Muhammad Qasim ! I had the script recrawl the site so you should see the sidebar ad now. I noticed there's a defer attribute on the Grow script, which means it's being optimized. This can lead to issues with your data, so I would make sure to exclude the Grow script from any optimizations/optimization plugins and clear all caching.

    Thanks!

Muhammad Qasim you'll need to add the term grow to the exclusions for the Grow script to be excluded from optimizations since it's separate from the ad script.

In the JS Excludes and JS Deferred/Delayed Excludes sections from your screenshot, add the term grow to those lists and then clear all caching.

Muhammad Qasim yes, that should exclude the Grow script from being optimized so you should be all set.

Hi. After i installed WP Rocket, my ads dont show on sidebars, at least i cant see them. It also affects RPM when i activate it, it drops almost instantly some days after.  So i Wonder if its best to delete WP even of site gets faster?  Newtrendsetter.com.    Thanks in advance , Frode

Hey Frode Remmen, I had the script recrawl your site and I'm now seeing sidebar ads on your posts. If you made other site updates, it's likely those updates are why your sidebar ads weren't showing, rather than WP Rocket being the issue. I didn't see any optimizations on your ad script so you should be all set to keep using WP Rocket.
