Hi Lindsey Charon ! When you visit your ads.txt file at https://www.motherhoodmanaged.com/ads.txt, you'll notice it's a 404 page. This means the ads.txt file isn't being added in the correct location in your root domain.

If you're unable to upload the file to the root domain, I'd recommend having your host set up a redirect to our servers instead. This way you also won't have to manually update the ads.txt file any time there's an update. You can read instructions on where to get the ads.txt file URL to redirect to and instructions here

    Thanks!

Journey is Self Supported

Our support staff is monitoring this forum everyday for bugs related to ad delivery, the display and functionality of the Journey dashboard, and any bugs related to the onboarding process. We are typically unable to assist with non-bug related issues like RPM performance expectations, issues setting up the ads.txt file, and questions already answered by our existing help docs. Read here for a more detailed breakdown of how Journey is self-supported and our recommendations for how to find answers to common issues.
