Hey Yuri Torres - I'm seeing ads on your site when I check.

As the site owner, you'll often see ads less than your average reader but you can always test out placement by adding /?test=houseads to the end of any URL. Geographical location definitely plays a part in ad fill if demand in that country is less than say the US, UK, Canada, etc. That doesn't mean ads won't ever show it just might be less than traffic from another country where demand is higher.

Regardless, there's always a bit of a “ramp-up” period (click here to learn more) whenever you join a new ad management company. It can take some time for our advertisers to learn about your site and how they want to spend on it. The "ramp up" period is pretty diverse depending on a ton of different factors and varies from site to site.
Over time, you should start to see stats gradually increase but the best thing to do in the meantime is to make sure your site is as optimized as possible.

As for your Payment Method - You can use these instructions to make those changes.

Journey is Self Supported

Our support staff is monitoring this forum everyday for bugs related to ad delivery, the display and functionality of the Journey dashboard, and any bugs related to the onboarding process. We are typically unable to assist with non-bug related issues like RPM performance expectations, issues setting up the ads.txt file, and questions already answered by our existing help docs. Read here for a more detailed breakdown of how Journey is self-supported and our recommendations for how to find answers to common issues.
