Hey Mammaprada - I took a look at your site and your ads.txt is leading to a broken page.

You would just need to use these instructions to install that ads.txt and get rid of that error.

Thank you, I've had a look. My site won't let me have a url with ads.txt, only ads-txt or adstxt.

I've added the file here, this used to work with Adsense as you need a work around with Squarespace.

Not sure what else to try? It's still not working when I try and submit in Journey.

Hi Mammaprada ! There isn't an option to host the ads.txt file at the root domain in Squarespace, so you have to set up a redirect to the ads.txt file hosted on our servers. You can follow the directions in this help article specifically for Squarespace sites that goes over how to add the redirect, and that should do the trick.

    Thank you!

Journey is Self Supported

Our support staff is monitoring this forum everyday for bugs related to ad delivery, the display and functionality of the Journey dashboard, and any bugs related to the onboarding process. We are typically unable to assist with non-bug related issues like RPM performance expectations, issues setting up the ads.txt file, and questions already answered by our existing help docs. Read here for a more detailed breakdown of how Journey is self-supported and our recommendations for how to find answers to common issues.
