Uninstall Journey

Hi, I would like to remove Journey ads altogether. I sent an email to help@journeymv.com last Nov 27, 2024 as my 30-day notice but I haven't received a response from Support via email. Just wanted to check the steps how to do this.

    Hey Ed - I just looked and we responded to you on December 2nd. You may want to check your spam folder to make sure it wasn't routed that way!

    Hi Mary, Thanks for the response. Apologies but I couldn't find the email you guys sent. Also checked spam but not there. Can you resend it?
