Video Ads Not showing and Seeing Grow ads saying want fewer ads

    Hi David hucks! We just checked on the site, and ads are looking great. We're seeing the video ad, sidebar ad, and other units displaying as they should. 

    It's not uncommon for site owners to see more of the Grow placeholder ads (or to not be served a video ad). We have another thread on the topic that goes a bit more in depth about this topic here. Ultimately, you'll be served these ads if ad spend is low for you, but that doesn't mean that anything is broken or not working correctly. Ad spend could be low due to how often you visit the site, your location, detected cookies, and a host of other factors. So seeing the Grow placeholders on your end isn't uncommon given the nature of programmatic advertising. I'm going to close this thread since we have several open on the topic, but if you have further questions you can post in one of the open threads like the one linked above.

    You can adjust the Spotlight Subscribe in your Grow Subscribe settings in the dashboard. You can't adjust the frequency or size of it, but you can enable/disable it sitewide or for specific pages.

    Lastly, the ads.txt updates regularly. You'll be able to see when it needs to be updated in your Journey Settings. If you would prefer to not have to update it manually, you can have your host setup a redirect to our servers. This thread goes into more detail on that.
