Hi Justine! It looks like you got the ads.txt updated on the site - everything's now looking good on our end.

I'm having the same Ads.txt Out-of-Date issue on my site www.eyesandhour.com Do you have any suggestions?

Matt Eisenhauer It looks like the ads.txt file is out of date. You just need to re-upload the up to date file since it looks like you did a manual installation. Here's an article that goes over where to find the ads.txt file so you can replace the older version.

Another option would be adding a redirect to our servers so you don't have to manually update the ads.txt file any time there's an update, and you can read instructions on how to do that here.

    Thanks!

Journey is Self Supported

Our support staff is monitoring this forum everyday for bugs related to ad delivery, the display and functionality of the Journey dashboard, and any bugs related to the onboarding process. We are typically unable to assist with non-bug related issues like RPM performance expectations, issues setting up the ads.txt file, and questions already answered by our existing help docs. Read here for a more detailed breakdown of how Journey is self-supported and our recommendations for how to find answers to common issues.
