Controlling Ad Content (ex. no meat-related ads on vegetarian site)

My website is https://www.vegetarianzen.com

Vegetarian Zen is a plant-based lifestyle podcast and website. As such, we do not endorse meat-related or animal-derived products (leather, etc).

We are new to Journey and just started seeing ads on our site this morning. I've already seen several that contain images of meat. Is there any way to have these types of ads not show? I'm afraid it will end of driving people away from our brand.

At this time, we don't have the ability to filter specific ad categories.
One thing to keep in mind is that our ads are programmatic, so just because you are seeing an ad does not mean that your readers are also seeing that ad. Programmatic advertising should target your readers' preferences and serve them things that are relevant to them. Advertisers use browser cookies to serve ads based on things like location, demographics, and browsing history, and those things are going to be different for every single reader.
We have received feedback for ad filtering and it's definitely on our radar but it's not something we currently offer.
