Hi Abbey Verigin and Angela Caveney ! You can manually install the ad script following these instructions, the ads.txt file following these instructions, and the Grow script following these instructions. That should get you up and running!

Me too – I finally had my website guy get the ads script loaded, but when I log into Wordpress, there is no sign of Journey, only Grow. When I go to the Grow plugin, it always says I'm logged out, so I log back in, and then it just shows me the Grow dashboard. I had to manually copy/paste the Journey troubleshoot URL into my URL bar (I would include a link to the Journey troubleshoot link but every time I click it to copy, it redirects to my WP login page). It's an endless cycle of logging into Wordpress. I did get Wordpress to say Journy was enabled, but when I clicked the “return to Journey setup” the button, nothing happens. The second time I tried it, the whole Wordpress page closed on me! SOS.

Hi hilary bird ! This can sometimes happen due to a custom login URL or different URL structure from a typical WordPress login URL structure. It can also happen due to a firewall or security setting, which you could check with your host about. If you can't get the scripts working through the Grow plugin though, you'd need to manually install the scripts.

You could also try all of the troubleshooting steps mentioned in the official comment here first (especially the 4th item). If none of those do the trick though, you can manually install the ad script following these instructions, the ads.txt file following these instructions, and the Grow script following these instructions. Your host should be able to help if you run into any issues.

    Thank you!

Journey is Self Supported

Our support staff is monitoring this forum everyday for bugs related to ad delivery, the display and functionality of the Journey dashboard, and any bugs related to the onboarding process. We are typically unable to assist with non-bug related issues like RPM performance expectations, issues setting up the ads.txt file, and questions already answered by our existing help docs.
