Hi Flor Vallejo ! Right now, Grow and Grow analytics only supports an exact domain match by default. That said, I had our engineers add the subdomain on our backend, so moving forward you should see analytics data from both the main domain and subdomain pull into your dashboard.

    Thanks!

Hello, we are implementing a subdomain, and we are concerned about being able to view the statistics on our main website. We would appreciate your support with the adjustment mentioned by your engineers.

Hey Juan Carlos Sánchez Mota - could you let us know the URL of your Subdomain? Thanks!

Thanks Juan Carlos Sánchez Mota ! We've made an adjustment that should help - you'll just want to ensure that you're running both the GA4 Script associated with the property that's connected to your dashboard as well as the Grow script on your subdomain. It should take a few days before this data begins to populate.

Journey is Self Supported

Our support staff is monitoring this forum everyday for bugs related to ad delivery, the display and functionality of the Journey dashboard, and any bugs related to the onboarding process. We are typically unable to assist with non-bug related issues like RPM performance expectations, issues setting up the ads.txt file, and questions already answered by our existing help docs. Read here for a more detailed breakdown of how Journey is self-supported and our recommendations for how to find answers to common issues.
