Hey Annette Jones - Excluding Posts from your Grow Publisher Portal only removes them from Grow features like Search, Recommended Content, Automailer, etc…it wouldn't remove ads.

You can use these instructions to remove ads from certain pages.

    thanks Mary

I have followed the instructions and still have ads on review pages and want to remove them.

I've also dialled my ads down to low due to numerous complaints, but they still cover the page.

Can you help with these issues, please?

    Thanks!

Hi Annette Jones ! I just took a look at the site and some of your review pages, and it looks like there's an extra div that's being added that's keeping the blocking code from working:

There can only be one blocking div on a given page, so this extra div is keeping the one below it from working. If you're able to remove it, the div below with the blocklist code for in-content ads should work just fine.

There aren't additional adjustments besides the frequency settings to adjust how many ads display, but if there are certain posts where you would like to keep ads out of some sections, you can wrap the sections in a div to exclude ads from displaying within. We have more information on how you would do that here. Thanks!!

    Thanks John!

    I've changed it to <div id="ad-management-config-settings" data-blocklist-all="1"></div>

Journey is Self Supported

Our support staff is monitoring this forum everyday for bugs related to ad delivery, the display and functionality of the Journey dashboard, and any bugs related to the onboarding process. We are typically unable to assist with non-bug related issues like RPM performance expectations, issues setting up the ads.txt file, and questions already answered by our existing help docs. Read here for a more detailed breakdown of how Journey is self-supported and our recommendations for how to find answers to common issues.
