    Hi Karentmb ! If you're periodically seeing the ads.txt file as missing or out of date, it either would indicate that there was an ads.txt file update and the ads.txt file needs to be updated -- or, more likely in this case -- it could be a firewall or security setting on your site that's intermittently preventing the ads.txt crawler from seeing the ads.txt file. 

    One thing you could try is adding a redirect to our servers so you don't have to manually update the ads.txt file any time there's an update, and you can read instructions on how to do that here.
