    Hey Christopher Thoma There's always a bit of a “ramp-up” period (click here to learn more) whenever you join a new ad management company. It can take some time for our advertisers to learn about your site and how they want to spend on it. The "ramp up" period is pretty diverse depending on a ton of different factors and varies from site to site. 

    Over time, you should start to see RPMs gradually increase but the best thing to do in the meantime is to make sure your site is as optimized as possible. 

Journey is Self Supported

Our support staff is monitoring this forum everyday for bugs related to ad delivery, the display and functionality of the Journey dashboard, and any bugs related to the onboarding process. We are typically unable to assist with non-bug related issues like RPM performance expectations, issues setting up the ads.txt file, and questions already answered by our existing help docs.
