Selling my site

Hi, I'm negotiating with a potential buyer of my site, If we close the deal, do I need to transfer the site to his Journey account or should I remove the site from my account, and he can apply from his end? Thank You

    Thanks for responding, I'm not sure yet If I want to sell or not, But in general, I would be happy to know what to do about this situation.

Journey is Self Supported
