Sidebar and moving back to top arrow from overlapping with ads
Since we got accepted to Journey, and ads are running on our page we noticed a couple of things that need to be changed.
themanduls.com website
1. Under the footer, there is a big white gap showing on mobile and desktop too
2. We moved the sidebar to the right side. Please adjust the recommended widget and ads too so they can align with the sidebar and don't stick outside of it.
3. We changed the position of the back to top button because it was hidden under the ad. Please move the share and like buttons accordingly
I think that's all for now, thank you for your help!

Hey Juraj Mandula - thanks for reaching out!
The space you're seeing under your footer is added so that the adhesion ad placed at the bottom of the browser window won't cover any links or information you're placing here.
The journey script will automatically adjust the placement of both the recommended content widget and sidebar ad. Both of these widgets have a width of 300px, so if you're seeing any display issues, you may need to add a little CSS to accommodate these widgets
The back-to-top button may also need to be adjusted with a little CSS if you see it covered by the adhesion ad or video ad. If you're unsure on the exact CSS needed to accomplish this, I recommend connecting with the plugin or theme developer responsible for this button.

Hi!
Thanks for your reply. Regarding the back to top button, we had this same issue before we started running ads on our blog and Ashley from Mediavine support was able to help us by moving the Journey buttons above it. Is it possible to move them so they are above the back to top button?
Regarding the sidebar, I am not sure how to use CSS to add margin to the Journey elements (recommended widget and ads) to have it aligned with the rest of the sidebar. I do not wish to move my custom elements, so how should I do anything about the script inserted by Journey?

Hey Juraj Mandula - The easiest way to move those back to top buttons would be to customize the following CSS to fit your site:
#back-to-top {bottom: 300px !important;}The ‘#back-to-top’ selector can be replaced with whatever selector your back-to-top button uses, and the pixel value of
bottomcan be adjusted to move this element further up or down the page (in this case, the higher the number, the further up the page the button will be positioned)If you're running WordPress, this CSS can be added to your site under Customize > Additional CSS.
To answer your second question, you're not required to make any adjustments to your sidebar if the Journey sticky sidebar ad is displaying correctly, as the Journey script can account for a wide variety of sidebars when placing this ad.

Hi,
I am not sure we understand each other. I do not wish to move the back to the top button. It's showing on every single page of our web, including the home page and destination pages. However, the share Journey buttons only show up on blog posts. This means if I move back to the top button, it will be floating strangely way too high all across my web. And since Journey buttons don't display everywhere, I wish to move only those buttons above the back to the top button. I believe it is possible since we had the same issue before and one of your colleagues moved them from her side.
And regarding the second proble, what I am saying is that the Journey sidebar is not displaying correctly and I would like you to help me with adjusting its position and width to fit with my custom part of the sidebar, as now those two items are not aligned.

Hey Juraj Mandula - you'll want to consult with a developer if you're looking for any additional adjustments. In the meantime, I'm going to leave this thread open in case any other community members would like to chime in and offer advice.
