RPM's all over the place....
I haven't done anything to my page in the last week and I don't have any notifications that there is an issue with the TXT file, but September 24-25, my RPMs were $122-132, then jumped to $425 on September 26, and since then are registering $0. I am still bringing in income for each day though. Is this a glitch or is something going haywire?
Thanks so much :)

Hey Jenn Breisacher - thanks for writing in! It looks like the Grow script is currently being optimized by Nitropack, which is why you're not seeing session data pulled into your Journey Dashboard, as this script is responsible for providing this data.
We have instructions on how to ensure the script is not optimized here.
It also looks like the recent trend in high RPMs may have also been due to the Grow script being optimized - RPMs are calculated by earnings per every 1000 sessions, which means if an optimization on the site is skewing the total number of sessions, this data will be skewed as well.
This doesn't mean, however, that you'll have made any less money from your Journey ads, as RPMs are just a specific way at looking at performance based on the data :)

Perfect. Thank you!

Not a problem, Jenn Breisacher! I also noticed that the Grow script you have on your site is different than the one you can find on your Grow dashboard under Grow Settings > Install Grow Script. Replacing what you have currently on your site with this script should do the trick.

I just updated it as you said and now it's saying “There is a problem with your connectivity. Check to make sure your script tag is properly installed on your site.”
NEVERMIND! I cleared my cache and now it's working. Thanks again :)

Just to follow up: when the script was updated, I got a few different warnings yesterday saying that everything was set up wrong. I went back to the original script I had and it said everything was correct again (and still does). However, now it says I made pennies yesterday, so I hope this regulates itself out soon.

Hey Jenn - I took a quick look at your site this morning, and I'm seeing ads load in. One thing to note - if you do end up making any changes to your site or optimization plugins on your site, it's always a good idea to double check that ads are still loading for you in Incognito mode on your browser.
Additionally, I recommend double-checking that your Nitropack settings are still set to ‘standard’, and that if you're seeing any options to ‘exclude a script’ through this plugin or any other, that the Journey Script is excluded.
