Hey Sara Essop - I can help here!

    1. While it is on our radar, we do not currently offer options to filter out certain ad categories. One thing I always like to mention is that with programmatic advertising, ads are very specific to the user anyhow so likely people will see ads that are more tailored to their interests. (well more so browser cookies)

    2. These instructions will tell you how to see those Subscribers!

    Hi Mary

There are certain ad categories which are totally against my principles so I wouldn't want anyone to see them on my site whether they are interested in such ad categories or not.  I had no idea that Journey didn't have this option before signing up as I assumed that all major companies had this option. Is there a time frame within which this will be implemented?

Hey Sara - I totally understand and we are aware of this feedback. I don't have a timeline I can provide currently but if I hear any updates, I'll post them in this thread.

I will be uninstalling the Journey script and will re-install it when this feature becomes available.

Hey Sara Essop - Journey does require 30-days notice to help@journeymv.com

Please note help@journeymv.com is for administrative changes and any questions about RPM or performance should still be directed to the community.

Journey is Self Supported

Our support staff is monitoring this forum everyday for bugs related to ad delivery, the display and functionality of the Journey dashboard, and any bugs related to the onboarding process. We are typically unable to assist with non-bug related issues like RPM performance expectations, issues setting up the ads.txt file, and questions already answered by our existing help docs. Read here for a more detailed breakdown of how Journey is self-supported and our recommendations for how to find answers to common issues.
