    Hey Raheel Almas - Normally when you make any changes to your Payment Profile, our payment partner will reach out to confirm those changes. This can take a few days. With your October 5th payment right around the corner, it might be best to wait until after this next payment to make the change. Unless of course, the name change is absolutely necessary for your bank. 

    As a side note, when I look at your payment profile it looks like Step 4 wasn't finished. You'll want to make sure you click through Step 4 to confirm your details!

    Thank you Marry for the update. I have completed the step 4 now. Can i add new payment profile with my name now? If my payment profile will verified then i will select as a primary for the 5th October payments.

    Hey Raheel Almas That is totally up to you if you want to switch now or wait until after October 5th! It's tough to say how long the verification process with our payment partner will take. It varies a lot so unless it is absolutely necessary, I'd maybe wait just to be safe. But, like I said, totally your call!

    Hello Mary, I have changed the profile with my name and also received the email from journey team for my documents approved. Can you please check my profile is it active now and will receive payment in my new account?

    Hey Raheel Almas - If you did not receive your payment, could you email payments@mediavine.com so we can see what’s going on? 

    In your email, please send over the following:
    - domain/URL
    - email associated with the account
    - amount expected to be paid
