I'd be happy to jump in here! It looks like you're running Google Adsense right now alongside your Journey ads which can affect advertiser spend. You can read more about why we require that here.

Additionally, your Journey Ads.txt isn't currently installed. If this file is missing or out of date, it does lead to reduced earnings. You'll want to get that back up and running as soon as possible. These instructions should help you out!

Support I posted 4 days ago, but the post went into pending approval. I thought it wouldn't be approved, so 2 days ago, I removed the ads.txt file and reapplied for AdSense. I will now remove AdSense from my site and add the ads.txt file again. Could you please guide me on whether this will increase my earnings or not?

    Hey Muhammad,

I can't make any specific guarantees when it comes to your earnings, but when I take a look at your site the biggest thing I'm noticing is that your  Impressions Per Pageview are very low because your content doesn't leave a lot of room for in-content ads.

Journey's ad setup works best with long-form content because you're paid based on impressions rather than sessions/pageviews. Our ad tech works best with posts/pages that keep a reader engaged and scrolling, but with shorter posts, readers aren't given enough content to continue scrolling through and don't have much to engage with.

After you reinstall the ads.txt, I'd recommend going through your top pages and seeing if there is a way to lengthen the content available for the same of in-content ad impressions.

Journey is Self Supported

Our support staff is monitoring this forum everyday for bugs related to ad delivery, the display and functionality of the Journey dashboard, and any bugs related to the onboarding process. We are typically unable to assist with non-bug related issues like RPM performance expectations, issues setting up the ads.txt file, and questions already answered by our existing help docs. Read here for a more detailed breakdown of how Journey is self-supported and our recommendations for how to find answers to common issues.
