Hey Isabellabiava - I took a look at your second site's application and I'm not seeing any data collected for that application. When I look at that site, I'm not seeing Grow running either. Can you double-check to make sure the Grow script is installed on your site and there aren't any conflicts present?

These two articles should help you out.

Hey Isabellabiava - I just took a look and I'm seeing data collected and it's showing as connected in your Grow Publisher Portal! Looks like you're all set.

Hello Mary, Thanks a lot for checking. Does that mean I will have to wait another couple of months to get an answer? 🥺🥺🥺

Unfortunately, because data wasn't being collected you would have to wait at least 30 days for data to be collected to determine eligibility.

Journey is Self Supported

Our support staff is monitoring this forum everyday for bugs related to ad delivery, the display and functionality of the Journey dashboard, and any bugs related to the onboarding process. We are typically unable to assist with non-bug related issues like RPM performance expectations, issues setting up the ads.txt file, and questions already answered by our existing help docs. Read here for a more detailed breakdown of how Journey is self-supported and our recommendations for how to find answers to common issues.
