    Hey Alex R - thanks for reaching out! To start troubleshooting, could you clear out all sitewide, serverside, and any CDN caching currently in place on the site? I also noticed there's a defer attribute added to the Journey script, which means a plugin is currently optimizing it. 

     

    Could I have you please double-check any optimization plugins you're currently running, and see if the Journey Script is  excluded here?

    Hello, I deactivated all my plugins other than Astra Pro (theme) & Grow But there doesn't seem to be a difference.
    The caches were also cleared afterwards & a couple hours have passed but still nothing.

    Previously I was running Ezoic ads on this site but I've removed those plugins, disconnected the service on their site, & can't find anything that's obviously related on the backend files. Are you able to see any updates on the code as far as the defer attribute? Looking forward to any other leads.

    Hi Alex R ! Could you try disabling all optimization settings within Astra and then seeing if it resolves the issue? I'm seeing some optimization files from Astra in the source code, so I think it's worth giving a try. 

    If that doesn't make a difference, I would also try temporarily changing themes to something simple like a Twenty Twenty theme to verify if you can at least get the adhesion ad to start loading since that's the only thing you haven't tried yet.

    Hi Rachel, I just disabled all plugins and installed the twenty twenty theme but unfortunately I'm still not seeing any ads.

    When I check on a different browser (Chrome) with incognito I can see the Journey icons, however I don't see the subscribe forms, recommended content, or any ads.

    On the browser that I'm logged (Firefox) into I can see the subscribe forms & recommendations just fine. Is there any changes on your end?

    Hey Alex R - thanks so much for the help! We were able to adjust your site status, so you should now be seeing ads. If you would like to switch back to your previous theme, please let us know when you have this done so we can take another look on our end.

    I appreciate the fast turnaround!
    The site has been reverted back to the original theme with all the plugins and it looks like everything is working properly now (desktop & mobile). Thanks so much!
