Error Connecting Journey Payment - Address Not Verified
PinnedI get this message when connecting Journey payment with Tipalti. I am entering the correct address . What could be the issue?

Hey Evans Crystal - I can jump in here.
On that same ‘Address Not Verified’ window, you should see an option to hit ‘Confirm and Continue’.

Sometimes the window cuts off this button if it's too zoomed in. If that's the case, you'll need to zoom out to get that button to show.
- On Mac: Use the keyboard shortcut Option-Command-Minus Sign (-).
- On Windows: Press and hold the Ctrl key and press the – (minus) key to zoom out.
After that, you should see the button you need to move forward. You may have to click it twice but it should allow you to continue filling out your payment information.
