Hi Briana Natural ! I took a look at your site, and the issue with images doesn't appear to be due to ads, but due to caching or optimizations instead. When I manually bust the cache on any page by adding ?test=1234 to the end of the URL, images load normally again. Here's an example you can check in an incognito window:

Since it looks caching related, you'll want to check settings in your optimization/caching plugins and tweak them as necessary until you see the images loading again.

As for seeing the Grow placeholder ads, it's normal to see these, especially right after launching, and we have another thread on the topic that goes a bit more in depth about this topic here. Ultimately though, you'll be served these ads if ad spend is low for you, but that doesn't mean that anything is broken or not working correctly. Ad spend could be low due to how often you visit the site, your location, detected cookies, and a host of other factors. So seeing the Grow placeholders on your end isn't uncommon given the nature of programmatic advertising.

    Thanks!

Support I am having a similar issue but only on mobile and for some blog posts. For example the images are not showing on mobile for this post https://www.theadventuresabound.com/rio-celeste-costa-rica/ but they are for this one https://www.theadventuresabound.com/4-day-puerto-rico-itinerary/

Journey is Self Supported

Our support staff is monitoring this forum everyday for bugs related to ad delivery, the display and functionality of the Journey dashboard, and any bugs related to the onboarding process. We are typically unable to assist with non-bug related issues like RPM performance expectations, issues setting up the ads.txt file, and questions already answered by our existing help docs. Read here for a more detailed breakdown of how Journey is self-supported and our recommendations for how to find answers to common issues.
