Hey Maya - thanks for reaching out! It can take up to a day before the Journey script learns where to optimize ad placements, and looking at things this morning, I'm no longer seeing ads in your nav bar.

Journey will also place a sticky footer ad at the bottom of the page, which will cover up any widgets you may have placed here. If you're seeing a little overlap, I would recommend you connect with the plugin developer for the plugin you're using to add this to your site to see if there's an option to move this elsewhere on your site.

If you're looking to block ads on certain pages, we have a guide on this here.

Journey is Self Supported

Our support staff is monitoring this forum everyday for bugs related to ad delivery, the display and functionality of the Journey dashboard, and any bugs related to the onboarding process. We are typically unable to assist with non-bug related issues like RPM performance expectations, issues setting up the ads.txt file, and questions already answered by our existing help docs. Read here for a more detailed breakdown of how Journey is self-supported and our recommendations for how to find answers to common issues.
