    I can jump in here! 

    We have yet to see an instance of the Journey ad setup impacting traffic. Mediavine (our parent company) actually started as an SEO company, and everything we build, our ad setup, and recommendations we make, all have SEO in mind. Journey ads by Mediavine adhere to CBA guidelines to ensure that our ads on your site are meeting Better Ads standards.

    It also depends on which analytics you're looking at. There will always be a bit of difference when you're looking at traffic between your Grow Publisher Portal and Google Analytics. This help article discusses that more in detail. I do want to reassure you that impressions and revenue are tracked separately by the ad server so all of that is independent of any analytics.

Journey is Self Supported

Our support staff is monitoring this forum everyday for bugs related to ad delivery, the display and functionality of the Journey dashboard, and any bugs related to the onboarding process. We are typically unable to assist with non-bug related issues like RPM performance expectations, issues setting up the ads.txt file, and questions already answered by our existing help docs.
