    Same with my dashboard.
Yesterday's Top Page earnings are at least 50 times more than earnings in the main graph.

    Hey Support Team,

I wanted top bring into your attention that my grow dashboard is pulling correct analytics from GA 4. It shows my sessions are 0 , although i had quite some traffic on the website.

Hi Mohammad Ammar ! If you're not seeing sessions data in your dashboard, that would likely indicate the Grow script isn't connected to the site anymore since this is the script that tracks all of your data. The Grow script is separate from the Journey script – you can add back the Grow script following these instructions, and then the reporting numbers should return to normal.

    Thanks!

    Hey Rachel ,

I have checked my “grow script” is installed. but the data is not matching my GA4 analytics.

Does anyone know how long it takes for the 'Your Top Pages' section to start displaying data? I've been with Mediavine for ~40 days, but this section is still empty. I'd really like to see the RPM and earnings breakdown for each page.

    Thanks!

Hey Matteo Sargenti - it looks like you don't have a canonical URL set on any of the posts on your site - this is used by Journey when generating your top posts.

You can read up on canonical URLs here. When in place, the Top Posts report should automatically begin to list your top posts.

Ok thanks. I should have added the Global canonical URL on my side. Could you check if now everything is ok and I have just wait?

    Thanks!

Journey is Self Supported

Our support staff is monitoring this forum everyday for bugs related to ad delivery, the display and functionality of the Journey dashboard, and any bugs related to the onboarding process. We are typically unable to assist with non-bug related issues like RPM performance expectations, issues setting up the ads.txt file, and questions already answered by our existing help docs. Read here for a more detailed breakdown of how Journey is self-supported and our recommendations for how to find answers to common issues.
