    Hey Donna! We very much appreciate your feedback and controls around ad density are definitely on our radar. 

    It's normal for there to be a higher ad density on mobile than on desktop because the content is much longer on smaller devices, so there are more opportunities for ad placements without ads being in every screen view. That said, different ad density options are in development and should be available in the near future – if you have further questions about that you can follow and post in this thread.

Journey is Self Supported

Our support staff is monitoring this forum everyday for bugs related to ad delivery, the display and functionality of the Journey dashboard, and any bugs related to the onboarding process.
