    Hi Anand,

I'll get to your questions below:

    (1) The Journey script will currently only place in-content ads on posts, so that's why you're not seeing in-content ads displaying on the homepage.

    (2) You can disable the video ads on individual pages using the code from this article

    (3) We're not aware of any issues with WP Admin functionality like accessing settings and the Grow Plugin. It's possible there could be an issue if you're using a version of PHP or WP than the plugin requires. If that is the case, you may want to manually ad the script and ads.txt in lieu of using the plugin. We have a doc that should be able to help you set that up.

Otherwise, it could make sense to reach out to your host to see if they're able to help with the issue you're experiencing. Thanks!!

I run a Generatepress theme, but also notice no ads on homepage, my most trafficked page. Is this on the roadmap? In prior ad load outs, I had an ad between post 1 & 2 or 2 & 3 and sometimes another further down.

Also no ads in header or top of sidebar where a top performing ad (300x600,300x250) used to be with prior networks.

    Thank you!

Hi DaveZ ! Journey only places the banner adhesion ad at the bottom of the screen and Universal Video Player at the moment on homepages to avoid potential display issues, so you wouldn't see sidebar or content ads on the homepage. The script will only place content and sidebar ads on posts. We have taken this specific feedback to engineers, but we don't know if/when this would be available.

We also don't use leaderboard ads (ad in the header) or static sidebar ads because we've found through extensive testing on Mediavine sites that they bring down ad viewability, which will negatively impact overall ad performance.

    Thanks!

Journey is Self Supported

Our support staff is monitoring this forum everyday for bugs related to ad delivery, the display and functionality of the Journey dashboard, and any bugs related to the onboarding process. We are typically unable to assist with non-bug related issues like RPM performance expectations, issues setting up the ads.txt file, and questions already answered by our existing help docs. Read here for a more detailed breakdown of how Journey is self-supported and our recommendations for how to find answers to common issues.
