Hi Dailyteatime0 ! It looks like the dashboard can't pick up the ad script because it's being optimized by Perfmatters. Here's an article that goes over how to exclude the script from popular optimization plugins, including Perfmatters - just scroll to the Perfmatters heading. Once you exclude the script and clear all caching, you should be able to continue onboarding.

    Thanks!

Thanks Rachel, I Optimized perfmatters but I'm still getting an error when trying to enable the script.

Dailyteatime0 I would clear any caching plugins (including Perfmatters), CDN caching if you use one (like Cloudlflare), and have your host clear your server side cache as well. Once the caches are cleared, log out of your Grow dashboard, log back in, and then try again. That should hopefully do the trick!

Hi Rachel, I have done all of the above and no success.

Hi Dailyteatime0 - it looks like we're seeing a connected Journey Script, and an accessible Ads.txt file. If you're still having issues going through onboarding on your Journey Dashboard, try logging out of your dashboard and back in.

    Thanks!

Journey is Self Supported

Our support staff is monitoring this forum everyday for bugs related to ad delivery, the display and functionality of the Journey dashboard, and any bugs related to the onboarding process. We are typically unable to assist with non-bug related issues like RPM performance expectations, issues setting up the ads.txt file, and questions already answered by our existing help docs. Read here for a more detailed breakdown of how Journey is self-supported and our recommendations for how to find answers to common issues.
