Hello all! This is a reporting bug for 7/26-7/29 -- no dashboards are showing data for this date range. Our data team is looking into it and this is only a reporting issue. You can follow this thread for updates. Thank you!

    Hi Christina

I checked over your Grow script install, and it looks like WP Rocket may be optimizing the script. It's possible that this is what's causing the issue you're seeing:

I recommend we start by excluding this script from any WP Rocket optimizations currently running on the site.

Additionally, we pushed out a fix for the Redirect issue you previously mentioned - If you would like, you may also switch back to running the Grow plugin.

Ah thank you for catching that Ryan. How do I exclude Journey in WP Rocket? Do I just use the text you highlighted in orange? If yes, I added that if you want to take a peek.

I also re-installed the Grow plugin earlier today now that the redirection issue has been resolved.

Christina WP-Rocket has a guide on excluding scripts here. Since this is an inline script, I recommend starting here and leaning on WP-Rocket's support team if you have any specific questions.

I know how to do this. I just need to know, from you, a Journey representative, what script needs to be excluded from caching.

    Hi,

The Grow plugin has been working great, but since July 26th it's not tracking traffic on my site. I'm seeing traffic daily via Google analytics at my typical numbers, but Grow is no longer tracking traffic. This has also dropped my revenue. Grow does say I'm connected, ads are serving, and I have good traffic numbers on Google analytics. What's wrong? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Thanks.

Hello - I'm having a similar issue - not sure where to start the troubleshooting to see what the problem might be.  I do still have ads on the website being featured.  Any insight is appreciated!

    Thanks!

I'm having this same problem but don't know where to find it the script. I'll send it to my IT guy and hopefully he can fix it.

    Hi Ryan,

My earnings were showing just fine yesterday July 29th over $230 and now I'm seeing this on July 30th with a total new earning of $190 which excludes earnings from July 26th-29th.

    Please help.

A few hours ago my earnings were fine. I'm new and have only been up an running for a few days. I just checked and now the last 4 days have vanished. I have no idea what to do or who to contact. This happened on two different websites.

I'm having the same issue, last night the revenues were present in the analytics dashboard, but now the report shows everything zero since July 26th to 29th. I don't have WP rocked.

Christina your problem sounds like it might be separate from the reporting issue since it started on the 24th. To be on the safe side, it still makes sense to exclude the scripts from being optimized. You can exclude the Journey script by adding the term scriptwrapper (here's an article that goes more in-depth on how to exclude it if needed) and can exclude Grow by adding the term grow.

    Thank you!

Journey is Self Supported

Our support staff is monitoring this forum everyday for bugs related to ad delivery, the display and functionality of the Journey dashboard, and any bugs related to the onboarding process. We are typically unable to assist with non-bug related issues like RPM performance expectations, issues setting up the ads.txt file, and questions already answered by our existing help docs. Read here for a more detailed breakdown of how Journey is self-supported and our recommendations for how to find answers to common issues.
