Hi Simone de Vlaming ! The Journey script will automatically add the Journey privacy policy language to your existing privacy policy page once you finish onboarding, so you shouldn't need to take any additional steps to get that working once you add your privacy policy URL during the onboarding process! You can read more about the privacy policy here if interested.

    Thanks!

Hi Support! Thank you so much for letting me know. Great that this happens automatically and doesn't require any action!

    Hi All,

I keep getting a message saying:

The privacy policy cannot be found at the provided URL. Check your privacy policy and try again.

But I know my privacy policy URL is fine, accessible, and working.

So I'm wondering is it because it's in 2 words with a dash? Like this:

    https://www.antiagingbeautyzone.com/privacy-policy.html

I can't figure out why Journey can't access it?

    Thanks,

    Linda

Hi Linda Robison ! It looks like the current ads.txt file on the site is missing two lines from it, which is why you're getting this error. I would re-download the ads.txt file from your dashboard, copy the exact contents, and then replace the current ads.txt file with it. That should do the trick!

Just wondering if having a dash in between my privacy policy URL name has any effect on uploading it to Journey? My file name is: privacy-policy.html

    Thanks,

    Linda

Linda Robison It looks like the ad script isn't on the privacy policy page, which is why the dashboard isn't picking it up – having a dash isn't a problem! The ad script needs to be installed globally on the site and visible in the source code in order to finish onboarding.

Journey is Self Supported

Our support staff is monitoring this forum everyday for bugs related to ad delivery, the display and functionality of the Journey dashboard, and any bugs related to the onboarding process. We are typically unable to assist with non-bug related issues like RPM performance expectations, issues setting up the ads.txt file, and questions already answered by our existing help docs. Read here for a more detailed breakdown of how Journey is self-supported and our recommendations for how to find answers to common issues.
