Hi Catherine Kay ! I took a look at your site and I'm not seeing any warnings on my end. Are you using Avast, AVG, or other antivirus service? If so, we have a thread here on the topic and this is a false flag we've brought up to both companies that's nothing to worry about and isn't actually hurting your site. If you are using one of these services and have further questions, you can refer to and post in the above linked thread!

If you aren't using Avast, AVG, or similar antivirus software/browser extension, we haven't had any reports of these types of warnings on Journey sites and the ads are served in safe frames, which prevents ads from causing any sort of malicious redirects, so we would recommend reaching out to your host to take a look at any suspicious traffic behavior or users on the site.

    Hope this helps!

Journey is Self Supported

Our support staff is monitoring this forum everyday for bugs related to ad delivery, the display and functionality of the Journey dashboard, and any bugs related to the onboarding process. We are typically unable to assist with non-bug related issues like RPM performance expectations, issues setting up the ads.txt file, and questions already answered by our existing help docs. Read here for a more detailed breakdown of how Journey is self-supported and our recommendations for how to find answers to common issues.
